Professional Experience: I have been selling real estate since 2001 and served as a broker for the Birmingham office since 2006. Prior to working in real estate I was a high school science teacher teaching Physics, Physical Science and Earth Science in the Homewood and Hoover School Systems. While teaching I also was a baseball coach working primarily with pitchers. Education: Graduated from McGill-Toolen High School in Mobile, AL in 1993 and graduated from Samford University in 1998 with a BS in Secondary Education General Science. Outside Interests: I love to hunt, fish, coach my sons in baseball (currently 8 year old machine pitch), travel. Personal Information: am married to Lauren Ray Newman of Gadsden, AL since June of 2000 and have two boys, Jacob - 7 years old and Wesley - 3 years old.
