A dedicated individual filled with integrity, John graduated from Gaston High School, and then spent eight years of active duty in the U.S. Marines Corp. Next, he attended Gadsden State for two years, studying nursing. Shortly after, John joined Buffalo Rock Pepsi in Gadsden and worked as a sales representative for 13 years.


John is the loving father of 6-year-old twins, one boy and one girl. Additionally, he is a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
