Emily has been a part of the ERA King family since 2019. She began her career with ERA King as a licensed real estate agent, giving her firsthand insight into the challenges, goals, and day-to-day realities agents face at every stage of their business.
Drawn to ERA King because it never felt like “work” and always felt like family, Emily transitioned into a recruiting role where she now helps grow and strengthen the brokerage by connecting agents with the tools, culture, and support they need to succeed. Her background as an agent allows her to recruit with authenticity, empathy, and a deep understanding of what truly helps agents thrive.
In her role, Emily supports ERA King by identifying and attracting talent that aligns with the company’s values, fostering meaningful relationships, and helping agents see how ERA King can elevate their business and long-term success.
