I have proudly been part of ERA King since 2015, beginning my career in Agent Support before transitioning into the Relocation Department in 2017. In 2025, I stepped into the role of Relocation Director, where I focus on leading company-generated business initiatives and partnering closely with our agents and brokers to drive production and long-term growth.
I am passionate about helping agents build sustainable, relationship-driven businesses. My goal is to ensure company opportunities are strategic, structured, and aligned with performance standards, while also helping agents maximize the power of their own sphere of influence. I believe growth happens when clear expectations, accountability, and strong systems are in place.
