ERA King Opens New Homewood Location
NEW OPENING: ERA KING REAL ESTATE NEW HOMEWOOD LOCATION
ERA King Real Estate is pleased to announce the opening of its new office location in Homewood, Alabama, located at 1701 28th Ave S. ERA King currently has 10 real estate offices in Alabama, with 4 in the Birmingham market area, including the recent expansion of ERA King Hoover Office.
The new ERA King Real Estate Office in Homewood is 2,184 sq ft and in the hub of the Homewood Community.
One of the reasons we loved the new location is because of the history it has in our Homewood Community. For a number of years the property was locally owned by the Malcolm family that ran a successful Auto repair shop. If you
lived in Homewood between 1960 and 2015, you probably took your car for them to fix it! The current owner, Johnny Watkins, bought the property from the Malcolm family with the intention of maintaining the Homewood feel.
Also, talk about Location! Location! Location! 28th/Central Ave is very busy and this corner location gives us a higher visibility in the community. The ERA King Real Estates agents working from this office are excited about being able to
walk to local restaurants and converse with our neighbors. Not to mention, the great viewing area for the Vulcan fireworks during the 4th of July!
ERA King Real Estate is committed to creating an office environment for the modern, tech agent. This new ERA King location gives us the opportunity to do the same as we have done with our Vestavia, Hoover and Moody offices.

Cahaba Heights Dog Park in Birmingham, AL:
Located less than 20 miles to Downtown Birmingham, Cahaba Heights Dog Park offers plenty of pet friendly amenities for your canine friends. The 3-acre gated pet community is the perfect park for a game of fetch, take a splash in the local streams or relax in the nature surroundings. The dog park is secured by a safety fence and offers doggie daycare and grooming services.

MADISON, N.J. (March 22, 2022) – ERA® Real Estate, a global franchising leader within the Realogy family of brands, announced its Circle of Light Award recipient, recognizing ERA King Real Estate for their outstanding commitment and service to their communities. The announcement came during ERA Fuel 2022 annual conference, held in Nashville, Tennessee.

It is part of the company’s service culture.
